Dear Mr. Thomas –
In response to your call yesterday I
wanted to let you know that I’ve sent the Federal Register notice out this
morning for the SE Bypass project ROD. As we discussed, it may take up to
two weeks for it to be published. It may be sooner – we are sending it via
Fed-ex so they will have it tomorrow, but it takes several days for these
notices to be published.
